About the Role:
Pinnacle 360 is looking for a full-stack developer who can build fast, scalable, and seamless web experiences. You'll work closely with the design and marketing teams to bring client projects to life, end to end.

Responsibilities:
- Handle both frontend UI and backend logic/database work
- Ensure performance, responsiveness, and scalability across projects
- Deploy, monitor, and debug production issues
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams on feature builds

What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of hands-on development experience
- Strong command of React/Next.js, Node.js, and databases (MongoDB/PostgreSQL)
- A portfolio or GitHub that shows real, working projects
- Ownership mentality—you take a brief and run with it
- Comfortable using AI and automation tools to sharpen your process

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
