Rhetor is a communication and speaking practice app currently preparing for launch on the Google Play Store. We are looking for ambitious interns interested in growth, user acquisition, community building, and product launches.

Preference for applicants based in Mumbai.
Compensation
Currently unpaid.

Responsibilities
- Drive user acquisition initiatives
- Build and engage online communities
- Recruit beta testers
- Identify growth opportunities
- Execute outreach campaigns
- Track and report growth metrics
- Contribute to launch planning and execution
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and execution-oriented
- Comfortable working independently
- Interest in consumer apps and digital products
- Proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications
One or more of the following:
- Previously grew a social media account to 10,000+ followers
- Previously managed a community with 500+ members
- Experience promoting an app, website, or digital product
- Experience running outreach campaigns
- Demonstrated track record of acquiring users, subscribers, or community members
