Key Responsibilities
- Teach Political Science to Classes XI and XII in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and study materials.
- Create an interactive and student-centered learning environment.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct regular tests, examinations, and academic assessments.
- Maintain accurate academic records and reports.
- Support students in board examination preparation.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and school activities.
- Stay updated with CBSE guidelines and educational best practices.

Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Political Science from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
- 3-6 years of teaching experience as a PGT Political Science Teacher in a CBSE-affiliated school.
- Ability to engage and motivate senior secondary students.
- Proficiency in classroom management and academic planning.
