Job Summary

The School Outreach Executive will be responsible for visiting schools, presenting the Vihari Brand Ambassador Quiz program, building relationships with school management, securing participation, and coordinating quiz activities. The role requires extensive travel, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education and tourism.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools and educational institutions across assigned districts.
- Meet Principals, Correspondents, Academic Coordinators, and school management.
- Present and promote the Vihari Brand Ambassador Quiz initiative.
- Explain participation perks and registration procedures.
- Build long-term relationships with schools and educational networks.
- Conduct awareness sessions and presentations for students and teachers.
- Coordinate quiz registrations and participant data collection.
- Achieve monthly school enrollment targets.




- Maintain visit reports and follow-up records.
- Represent the Vihari brand professionally at all times.
- Assist in organizing district-level and state-level quiz events.
- Collect feedback and submit regular progress reports.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Tourism, Education, Business preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in school outreach, educational marketing, admissions, or field sales.
- Proficiency in Telugu and English.
- Good presentation and public speaking skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
