RGN Publications is an academic publishing house engaged in the publication of peer-reviewed journals, scholarly books, conference proceedings, and research monographs. We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented interns who aspire to build a career in academic publishing and editorial services.

Position Overview

The Editorial & Academic Publishing Internship provides hands-on training in scholarly publishing, manuscript management, editorial workflows, and publication ethics. Interns will work closely with editors and publication staff throughout the publication process.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing manuscript submissions and editorial workflows.
- Coordinate with authors, reviewers, editorial board members, and guest editors.
- Perform manuscript quality checks and ensure compliance with journal guidelines.




- Conduct plagiarism screening and verify publication compliance.
- Proofread and copy-edit academic manuscripts.
- Format manuscripts using LaTeX and Microsoft Word.
- Assist in bibliography and reference formatting (APA, IEEE, Springer, etc.).
- Support journal management.
- Communcation with clients.
- Assist in book, journal, and conference publication projects.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate students in English, Linguistics, Journalism, Publishing, Library & Information Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Strong academic writing and English language skills.
- Excellent proofreading and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of LaTeX is highly desirable.
- Experience with manuscript management systems is an advantage.
- Familiarity with research publications, peer review, and academic referencing is preferred.
