- Role Overview: As a Sr. Services Project Manager at UKG, you will play a pivotal role in delivering superior workforce management solutions to our global clients.



You will be responsible for day-to-day global deliveries of UKG Ready product and manage all stages of the implementation life cycle, as well as all project resources. You will be accountable for your own success, utilizing your expert knowledge of project management, software to design and implement solutions that maximize perks for our customers. Your superior communication and presentation skills, coupled with your ability to manage complex environments and client relationships, will ensure your success in this role.
- Key Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
- Act as primary customer liaison for all Ready product implementation related tasks.
- Demonstrate expertise in all facets of Project management lifecycle, including but not limited to, requirements gathering, staff management, budget management, issue and risk mitigation, and status reporting.
