Job Responsibilities
1. Business Development
- Generate wedding, social event, MICE, and corporate business.
- Identify recent markets and business opportunities.
- Develop relationships with wedding planners, decorators, photographers, and event organizers.
- Attend exhibitions, networking events, and wedding expos.
2. Sales & Client Handling
- Handle all inquiries promptly.
- Conduct professional property presentations and site inspections.
- Prepare customized proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate pricing while protecting profitability.
- Close bookings within the approved pricing policy.
3. Lead Management
- Respond to all inquiries within the defined timeline.
- Maintain CRM with proper follow-ups.
- Track inquiry status until closure.
- Re-engage lost or dormant leads.
4. Revenue Management
- Meet monthly booking targets.
- Increase average event value through upselling.
- Promote premium rooms, décor packages, catering upgrades, entertainment, and destination wedding packages.
5. Coordination
- Conduct pre-event meetings with clients.
- Coordinate with operations for flawless execution.
- Ensure commitments made during sales are fulfilled.
6. Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor pricing and offers.
- Analyze customer trends.
- Recommend new packages and promotional campaigns.
