Job Responsibilities
- Perform TIG welding on aluminium components and structures.
- Fabricate and assemble aluminium sheets, pipes, and profiles as per drawings.
- Read and interpret fabrication and engineering drawings.
- Ensure high-quality weld finish with mínimal distortion.
- Grind, polish, and finish welded assemblies.
- Conduct dimensional and visual quality inspections.
- Work on outdoor fountain structures, water features, architectural metalwork, and custom fabrication projects.
- Maintain welding equipment and follow safety procedures.
Required Skills:
- Solid experience in Aluminium TIG Welding (AC TIG).
- Experience with aluminium grades such as 5052, 6061, and 6082.
- Ability to weld aluminium sheet thickness from 1 mm to 10 mm.
- Knowledge of filler rods such as ER4043 and ER5356.
- Experience with argon gas welding setups.
- Ability to produce leak-proof and aesthetically finished welds.
- Familiarity with grinding, polishing, and fabrication tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITI Welder/Fitter or equivalent technical qualification.
- Experience in architectural metal fabrication, fountains, water features, railings, canopies, or decorative structures.
- Ability to work independently from drawings.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
