Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide accurate information about company services.
- Telecalling
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with clients.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal teams.
- Visit client locations within Indore for meetings, project discussions, and relationship management.
- Maintain client records and update CRM/software systems.
- Handle client queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Assist management in business development activities.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
