Job Summary:
Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering civil construction projects within budget, timeline, and quality standards while coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end civil construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Review drawings, BOQs, estimates, and project documentation
- Control project costs and ensure optimum resource utilization
- Conduct site meetings and provide regular project updates to management
- Resolve technical, operational, and project-related challenges
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones and handover

Skills Required:
- Strong project management and leadership skills




- Excellent knowledge of civil construction and project execution
- Expertise in planning, budgeting, billing, and cost control
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Qualification & Experience:
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 8-15 years of experience in civil construction projects
- Project Management certification will be an added advantage

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or mixed-use development projects
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, billing, estimation, and contract management

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per year
