The Opportunity: Guardian of Inventory & Efficiency





We are seeking a disciplined and experienced Store Manager to take full command of our warehousing operations in Manesar. This role is the backbone of our manufacturing process.

We are not just looking for a supervisor; we need a "Material Custodian" who understands that in the packaging industry, inventory accuracy directly impacts production timelines and profitability. You will ensure that every roll of film, every pallet of paper, and every chemical drum is accounted for, stored correctly, and issued efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Inventory Control: Maintain 100% stock accuracy through rigorous daily cycle counts and monthly physical audits. Ensure physical stock matches ERP data at all times.
- Material Preservation: oversee the proper storage of sensitive packaging materials (VCI films, papers, chemicals) to prevent spoilage, humidity damage, or shelf-life expiration (FIFO/FEFO strict adherence).
