Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior consultants in ERP implementation projects.
- Understand basic client requirements and support project documentation.
- Perform system testing, data validation, and basic ERP configuration.
- Prepare user guides, training materials, and project documentation.
- Provide first-level user support after ERP go-live.
- Coordinate with internal teams and follow project processes and quality standards
Required Skills:
- Graduate in BBA, BMS, B.Com, BA, or any Management/Commerce discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in ERP systems, business processes, and technology.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Willingness to learn, work in a team, and interact with clients.
- Positive attitude with flexibility to travel for project work if required
