About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions and offerings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations when required.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Inside Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales prospecting platforms is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
