Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of consumables as per standards.
- Receive consumables from vendors and verify quantity, quality, and documentation.
- Issue consumables to production, fabrication, welding, and maintenance teams against authorized requests.
- Track daily consumption and analyze usage patterns.
- Maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Issue Slips, Stock Registers, and Bin Cards.
- Update inventory data in ERP / SAP / Tally / manual systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and consumption reports.
- Support internal and external audits related to stores and inventory.
- Coordinate with purchase and planning teams for timely procurement of consumables.




- Assist in vendor evaluation by tracking quality issues and delivery performance.
- Follow up on pending orders and emergency material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping (5S), and quality procedures.
- Proper handling and storage of hazardous items such as gases, chemicals, and paints.
- Ensure FIFO / FEFO practices where applicable.
- Monitor abnormal consumption and report variances.
- Suggest improvements for reducing wastage and improving inventory turnover.
- Support cost-saving initiatives related to consumable usage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,741.19 per month
