What you will do:
- Design marketing banners, creatives, and short videos using tools like Canva
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media and other online channels
- Handle inbound customer enquiries over phone in a skilled manner
- Capture customer feedback and insights to continuously refine marketing messaging
- Support the team with product promotions targeted at cable TV, ISP, and telecom sectors
- Track campaign performance and suggest improvements based on results
What we are looking for:
- Hands-on experience designing content with Canva or similar design tools
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of digital marketing (social media, Google, etc.)
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable handling customer calls and resolving or escalating queries
- Ability to work independently in a small team environment
- Own a two-wheeler for commuting to office
- Residing within 2-5 km of our Menambedu, Ambattur office (strongly preferred)
