Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day plumbing activities at the construction site.
- Execute plumbing works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, MEP teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Supervise installation of water supply, drainage, sanitary, rainwater, and related plumbing systems.
- Check plumbing materials and ensure proper quality and utilization.
- Monitor pipe installation, testing, pressure testing, and leakage checks.
- Review drawings and coordinate required plumbing provisions with the civil team.
- Monitor manpower and ensure timely completion of assigned plumbing works.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with project quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E.
/ B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in plumbing works, preferably in civil construction projects.:
- Good knowledge of plumbing installation, drainage, water supply, sanitary systems, and testing.
- Ability to read and understand plumbing drawings.
- Experience in contractor and manpower coordination.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
