The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Principal Systems Engineer to join our CNS Traffic Surveillance engineering team. In this role, you'll lead the development, integration, verification, and certification of complex avionics systems that support mission-critical surveillance products.

You'll collaborate with systems architects, software engineers,



certification specialists, and cross-functional teams throughout the entire product lifecycle—from customer requirements through system validation and certification—while driving technical excellence across the organization.

What You'll Do:
- Lead the decomposition of customer requirements into system, subsystem, and component-level requirements.
- Provide technical leadership to a team of Systems Engineers developing complex Traffic Surveillance solutions.
- Develop and verify DAL B compliant avionics systems within the CNS domain.
- Define system architectures, interfaces, and verification strategies for advanced surveillance products.
- Develop tools and automation to improve systems engineering and verification efficiency.
- Create system integration and verification strategies, including test plans, procedures, execution, and comprehensive test reports.
