Job Overview
Codec IT is looking for an energetic and target-driven Domestic Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves making outbound calls to domestic clients, promoting company services, generating leads, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective domestic customers:
- Promoteand explain company products/servicesclearly
- Generate leadsand convert them into successful sales:
- Follow up with interested prospects to close deals:
- Maintain accurate calland salesrecords
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
Requirements:
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior telesales/telecalling experience is an advantage but not mandatory
Working Hours & Weekly Offs
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Week Offs: Alternate Saturday & Sunday fixed off
