- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Freshers and experienced both can apply

- Handle customer queries through voice/chat support
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain a skilled and customer-friendly approach
- Work in rotational shifts if required
