Job Summary:
Responsible for leading the finance and accounts function of the distillery, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, taxation, statutory compliance, cost control, inventory accounting, and strategic financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall finance, accounting, and treasury operations
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
- Monitor profitability, cash flow, and working capital management
- Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits, and statutory compliances
- Manage inventory accounting, cost accounting, and stock reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with excise regulations and financial reporting requirements
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management decision-making
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, government authorities, and regulatory bodies
- Develop financial controls, policies, and risk management frameworks
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team

Skills Required:
- Solid knowledge of accounting,



taxation, auditing, and financial management
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial analysis
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Tally, SAP, and Advanced MS Excel
- Leadership and strategic decision-making skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Qualification & Experience:
- CA / MBA Finance / CMA preferred
- 10-15+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in distilleries, alcohol manufacturing, breweries, beverages, FMCG, or process manufacturing industries
- Knowledge of excise accounting, inventory management, production costing, and statutory compliance related to the alcohol industry

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
