Key Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end accounting activities for Private Equity funds using Investran.
- Prepare and review journal entries, trial balances, NAV calculations, and financial statements.
- Process capital calls, distributions, equalizations, transfers, and investor allocations.
- Maintain investor and fund-level records within Investran.
- Perform cash and position reconciliations, investigate breaks, and resolve discrepancies.
- Support quarterly and annual investor reporting, including capital account statements.
- Assist with waterfall calculations, management fee calculations, and carried interest allocations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, administrators, and client stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of fund accounting deliverables as per SLA timelines.
- Support audit requirements by preparing schedules and responding to queries.




- Identify process improvements and maintain robust operational controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting or Alternative Investment operations.
- Hands-on experience with Investran is required.
- Strong understanding of PE fund structures, capital activities, investor accounting, and NAV processes.
- Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS financial reporting concepts preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a team environment.
