We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Intern to support our Sales and Operations team. The intern will be responsible for maintaining accurate business records, updating customer and supplier databases, and assisting in day-to-day documentation related to trading activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer, supplier, and product information in Excel and company software.
- Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders.
- Update customer follow-up and CRM data.
- Prepare and maintain product-wise price lists.
- Update inventory and stock records.
- Assist in preparing dispatch, logistics, and delivery records.
- Scan, organize, and file commercial documents.
- Verify data accuracy before entry.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, and Accounts departments for data collection.
- Perform internet research to identify potential customers and suppliers.
- Generate daily and weekly MIS reports using Excel.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (sorting,



filtering, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP is an advantage).
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and Outlook.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Solid attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn business processes.

Preferred Qualification
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in Commerce, Management, Computer Applications, or a related field.
