About the Role:
As a Software Engineer 3, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and scaling the distributed systems that power millions of customer interactions every day. You'll work on high-scale backend services,



influence technical direction, mentor engineers, and help build reliable, performant, and resilient platforms.

What You'll Do:
- Design and build scalable, highly available backend systems and services.
- Drive technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
- Build resilient microservices capable of handling large-scale production traffic.
- Improve system performance, reliability, observability, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Operations teams to deliver impactful features.
- Participate in code reviews and establish engineering best practices.
