Job Summary:
Greenr Café is looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented individual to lead our events and marketing efforts in Vadodara. This role is all about creating experiences that people remember, building meaningful relationships within the city, and helping more people discover and connect with the Greenr brand. If you enjoy bringing ideas to life, collaborating with communities, and creating buzz around exciting experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and execute events, workshops, community gatherings, and brand collaborations that bring people together and strengthen Greenr's presence in the city.
- Drive local marketing initiatives that help increase brand visibility, guest engagement, and footfall across our outlets.
- Build strong relationships with creators, influencers, wellness professionals, corporates, colleges, and other local communities.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations that align with Greenr's values and audience.




- Work closely with outlet teams to ensure events and campaigns are executed smoothly and create a great guest experience.
- Contribute ideas for content, promotions, and local campaigns that keep the brand relevant and engaging.

Qualifications & Skills Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in events, marketing, hospitality, community building, or a related field.
- A natural people person who enjoys networking, building relationships, and creating connections.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to take ownership of projects and see them through from idea to execution.
- Creative, resourceful, and always on the lookout for new opportunities.
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Passion for hospitality, wellness, sustainability, food, and community-led experiences.
