Job Description - Nursing Lecturer / HOD / Principal

Institution: Satyam Shivam Sundaram Group of Institutions, Gaurichak, Patna
Salary Range: ₹20,000 - ₹70,000 (based on qualification, experience, and position)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Teach and guide nursing students in classroom, laboratory, and clinical settings.
- Prepare lesson plans, academic materials, and evaluate student performance.
- Mentor students in academics, research, and professional development.
- Lead and manage departmental activities, ensuring compliance with University norms.
- Supervise faculty members, allocate teaching duties, and monitor performance.
- Plan, implement, and monitor academic programs, clinical training, and student welfare.
- Ensure discipline, academic excellence, and smooth functioning of the institution.
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies for affiliation, approvals, and inspections.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and faculty development programs.




- Represent the college in academic and professional forums.

Qualification & Experience
- Faculty: M.Sc. Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing (Post Basic) experienced.
- HOD: M.Sc. Nursing with minimum 5-8 years of teaching experience.
- Principal: Ph.D, M.Sc. Nursing with minimum 10 years of teaching (including 5 years in leadership/administrative role). Ph.D. Nursing preferred.
