Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Finance Intern to support our Finance team in accounting, financial analysis, financial modelling, audit support, and investor coordination. This internship provides hands-on exposure to corporate finance, financial reporting, and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports.
- Perform financial analysis to evaluate business performance, costs, and profitability.
- Support financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, and business valuation activities.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and financial presentations.
- Assist in internal and statutory audit activities by preparing schedules and required documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors and help organize audit-related records.
- Support investor coordination, including preparing investor reports, presentations, and financial data.
- Assist in due diligence and documentation for fundraising or investment activities.
- Maintain and update financial data using Excel and accounting software.




- Verify financial documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial information and approvals.
- Perform other finance and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, BBA, BMS, MBA (Finance), or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and corporate finance.
- Knowledge of financial modelling and financial analysis is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced Excel is an advantage) and MS Office.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
