Job Summary

The Automobile Insurance Telecaller is responsible for contacting customers for motor insurance renewals, generating insurance leads, explaining policy benefits, and coordinating with the insurance and sales teams to ensure timely policy issuance and renewals. The role focuses on maximizing insurance business while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact existing customers for motor insurance renewals before policy expiry.
- Generate new insurance leads through outbound calling and customer follow-ups.
- Explain insurance products, policy coverage, add-on benefits, premiums, and claim procedures.
- Prepare and share insurance quotations in coordination with insurance executives.




- Follow up with customers until policy issuance and payment completion.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, executives, and internal departments for policy processing.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/DMS with call details and follow-up status.
- Resolve basic customer queries related to policy renewals and documentation.
- Ensure timely collection of required documents from customers.
- Achieve monthly renewal, lead generation, and conversion targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
