JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Jr. Executive
- Dispatch

1.Follow up from sales person to coordinate timely dispatch.

2.Coordinate with various logistics companies for dispatch of material.

3.Follow up from production department for timely execution of the ordered material.

4.Requesting clients for waybill/ road permit.

5.Responsible for timely delivery of the material and arrangement of necessary documents for dispatch.

6.Track the material(in transit) till it gets delivered.

7.Forwarding dispatch details to the customer. Invoice making and update dispatch details records.

8.Tracking and timely payment of logistics companies daily reporting.

9.Honest working and capable to work under pressure.

10.Maintaining and updating stock of ready material.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
Tally

Ms Excel

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
