Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
- Build responsive website pages using Elementor, Gutenberg, or other page builders.
- Install, configure, and manage WordPress themes and plugins.
- Customize existing themes and implement website enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website-related issues, bugs, and performance concerns.
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
- Work closely with project coordinators, designers, and developers to deliver projects on time.
- Perform website updates, backups, and routine maintenance.
- Follow coding best practices and maintain website security standards.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of WordPress CMS.
- Hands-on experience with Elementor and/or Gutenberg.
- Good knowledge of WordPress themes and plugins.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
- Understanding of website hosting, domains, and website deployment.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Basic understanding of SEO-friendly website development practices.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of WooCommerce.
- Experience working with custom WordPress themes.
- Familiarity with website speed optimization techniques.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
