Job Description:
Job Title: JDE - Functional Consultant

Experience: 5+ years in JDE Worldsoft A7.3 Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues related to Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules. Identify root causes of problems and implement effective solutions.
- Training: Developing and delivering training materials and sessions for end-users on Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures. Contribute to the development and maintenance of a knowledge base for easy access to information.
- Data Analysis: Develop simple to medium complexity SQL scripts to extract ERP data for analysis.
- Business Requirements Analysis: Understanding client's business processes and identifying areas for improvement using Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules.



Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Data Migration: Develop Source to Target ERP mappings from or to Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules.
- Mentoring: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
- 7+ years of experience working with JDE Worldsoft A7.3 Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules.
- Solid understanding of modules like - Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules.
- Knowledgeable in Business requirement analysis, Gap identification, Solution proposals and Design development.
- Proficient in ERP data analysis using SQL tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with functional teams and business users.
