Green Valley HR International is looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead and manage branch operations.

Branch Manager
Experience (Priority Requirement):
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Overseas Manpower Recruitment / Manpower Supply Industry (mandatory):
- Knowledge of Gulf recruitment and overseas hiring processes will be an added advantage
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good computer knowledge, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet):
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and online job portals

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily branch operations:
- Lead and supervise the recruitment team
- Ensure smooth recruitment and manpower sourcing activities
- Monitor branch performance and achieve business targets
- Maintain recruitment records, reports, and documentation
- Support business development and branch growth initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards
Salary:
Attractive salary package based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
