Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads generated through our marketing campaigns, seminars, and website inquiries
- Explain SPM's services, study destinations, and program offerings clearly to prospective students and parents
- Schedule counseling appointments and follow up with leads to convert inquiries into consultations
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in our CRM system
- Handle incoming calls and respond to student queries professionally
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
- Coordinate with the counseling and admissions team for smooth handoff of qualified leads
Requirements:
- Any degree (freshers can apply)
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English; Hindi is a plus
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred but not mandatory
- Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated
