Meluha International School is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice Principal to provide academic and operational leadership across Grades 1-12. The Vice Principal will work closely with the Principal to ensure the effective implementation of the school's vision, academic standards, student development programs, and day-to-day school operations.
This role is ideal for an accomplished educational leader who can inspire teachers, foster academic excellence, drive continuous improvement, and create a positive learning environment for students and staff. The Vice Principal will play a critical role in maintaining high standards of teaching and learning while ensuring the smooth functioning of all academic and student-related activities across the school.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Academic Leadership & Curriculum Management
- Support the Principal in planning, implementing,
and monitoring academic programs across Grades 1-12.
- Ensure curriculum delivery aligns with CBSE guidelines, school objectives, and best educational practices.
- Monitor academic performance and develop strategies to improve student achievement.
- Review lesson plans, assessments, and teaching methodologies to maintain academic excellence.
- Lead curriculum enhancement initiatives and promote innovative teaching practices.
2. Teacher Leadership & Development
- Supervise Academic Coordinators, Heads of Departments, and teaching staff.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to improve instructional effectiveness.
- Mentor and coach teachers to enhance professional growth and classroom performance.
- Identify training needs and coordinate career development programs.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning among staff.
