Quality Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving the hospital's quality and patient-safety systems.
- Develop, implement, and monitor the hospital's Quality Management System (QMS).
- Coordinate activities related to NABH accreditation and compliance.
- Monitor compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, clinical protocols, and quality standards.
- Conduct internal quality audits across clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Identify gaps, risks, and areas for improvement and coordinate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Monitor Quality Indicators (QIs/KPIs) and prepare monthly/quarterly quality reports.
- Coordinate patient safety initiatives and monitor adverse events, near misses, and incidents.
- Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents and ensure implementation of corrective actions.
- Monitor patient complaints, feedback, and satisfaction levels and coordinate improvement measures.
- Conduct quality-related meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action points.




- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of quality records.
- Support implementation and monitoring of infection prevention and control practices.
- Monitor compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to the hospital.
- Organize quality awareness and patient-safety training for hospital staff.
- Responsible for external accreditation assessments and regulatory inspections.
- Analyze quality data and identify trends for continuous improvement.

Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare/Hospital Management, Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Quality Management is preferred.
- Certification or training in NABH, ISO 9001, healthcare quality, patient safety, or Lean/Six Sigma is desirable.
