Role: AI Implementation & Digital Transformation
- We are seeking a high-ownership professional to drive AI implementation and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.- This role requires a strong blend of structured thinking, execution capability, and business understanding. You will work with multiple departments to identify improvement opportunities, convert them into actionable initiatives,
and drive implementation with explicit visibility and measurable impact.- This is not a purely technical role. It is a strategic execution role requiring independent thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with cross-functional teams to understand processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Translate business challenges into structured AI/data-driven initiatives
- Support feasibility analysis and structured execution planning
- Drive implementation of transformation initiatives with clear timelines and stakeholder alignment
- Track progress, risks, and outcomes with structured reporting
- Ensure initiatives are aligned with business priorities and deliver measurable impact
- Represent the function in cross-department meetings when required
Qualification & Work Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Program Management, Analytics, Consulting, or similar roles
