Medical Superintendent for Park Sonoscan Clinic situated at 4, Gorky Terrace ,

Roles & Responsibilities-

Oversee the day-to-day operations/ service of the hospital, including patient related and administrative aspects.
- Oversee quality of medical care in OPD, IPD, ICU, Day-care, OT, emergency & other hospital services.
- Review patient care protocols, treatment guidelines and infection control practices.
- Conduct daily visit / rounds of different department to resolve critical cases and handle patient grievances.
- Ensure proper IPD admissions, discharge summaries and medical record documentation.
- Supervise all doctors, resident, nursing staffs and paramedics on clinical matters.
- Conduct clinical audits, CMEs and training for skill upgradation.
- Handle disciplinary issues and performance reviews of medical staffs.
- Coordinate between departments
- Monitor bed occupancy, resource utilization and patient flow.
- Ensure 24*7 emergency & OT coverage.
- Ensure compliance with NABH, Clinical Establishment Act, Fire safety, Bio -medical waste rules etc.




- Liaison with state health authorities, MCI /NMC and licensing bodies.
- Maintain medico -legal records, Birth & Death certificates, MLC reporting to police.
- Implement current services, SOPs and quality improvement initiatives.
- To carry out any other Hospital related job assigned by the authority time to time
- To submit daily report to the management.

Educational Qualification:MBBS degree and in addition to this holding qualification in Hospital Management will be preferable.

Required Experience : Minimum 5 Years experience of running any reputed Government / Private hospital as Superintendent or Deputy Superintendent.
