We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to supervise day-to-day civil construction activities and ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction and site activities.
- Manage and coordinate site workers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor quality, measurements, levels, alignment, and workmanship.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers for smooth execution.
- Monitor manpower and material requirements at the site.
- Maintain daily work progress and site records.
- Identify and report site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with site safety procedures.
- Achieve daily and weekly construction targets.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
- 10-12 years of experience as a Civil Site Supervisor in construction projects.
- Good knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Ability to manage workers and contractors.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of drawings, measurements, and basic quality requirements.
- Willingness to work at the project site.
