About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Counsellor who will be the crucial link between a patient's doctor consultation and their decision to begin treatment. After a patient completes their consultation with Dr. Kour, you'll take over — explaining the recommended protocol in simple terms, answering questions, and guiding the patient through both the medical rationale and the financial investment,



converting interest into confirmed bookings.

This role demands someone with genuine sales instinct, patience to counsel worried or hesitant patients, and the polish to represent a premium clinic brand.

What You'll Do

Take over from the doctor post-consultation and clearly explain the diagnosis, recommended treatment protocol, and expected outcomes to the patient

Conduct medical counselling: walk patients through the technology/procedure (e.g. HIFU, Morpheus8, laser hair reduction, PRP/GFC, skin boosters, HBOT, IV drips, weight management, bridal packages, etc.), number of sessions needed, and what to expect

Conduct financial counselling: present package pricing, payment options, and investment plans transparently, and confidently handle price objections

Build patient trust and confidence so they feel comfortable committing to treatment — never pushy, always consultative
