About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, training programs, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs based on their academic background and career goals.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy conversion ratio.
- Provide accurate information regarding course curriculum, duration, fees, certifications, and placement support.
- Maintain and update lead records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the admissions, training, and placement teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and address their queries professionally.
- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, webinars, and educational events when required.
