We are looking for a Scouting Manager - Models & Talent to support our talent acquisition and development activities for the Kolkata market.

This is a hybrid role based in Kakinada, with the primary business focus on Kolkata.

Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential models, actors, influencers and content creators in the Kolkata market.
- Build and maintain an organised database of prospective and existing talent.
- Source talent through social media platforms, professional networks, educational institutions, events, referrals and industry contacts.
- Review talent profiles and assess their suitability for different commercial opportunities.
- Contact prospective talent and explain the company's services and opportunities.
- Coordinate introductory calls, meetings, auditions, portfolio requirements and test assignments.




- Maintain accurate records of talent profiles, availability, experience and professional information.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with talent and industry professionals.
- Research upcoming fashion, advertising, entertainment and media opportunities in Kolkata.
- Coordinate with the company's Founder, Styling, Casting, Marketing and Production teams.
- Provide regular updates on new talent, market activity and scouting progress.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies when handling talent information.

Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in talent scouting, casting, modelling, entertainment, advertising, influencer management, recruitment or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn.
