Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum.
- Provide instruction in reading, writing, and speaking Hindi.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments and exams.
- Incorporate multimedia and technology into lessons to enhance learning.
- Foster a positive classroom setting and manage student behavior.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
- Participate in faculty meetings and professional development activities.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field is required. Previous teaching experience, particularly in a classroom setting, is preferred.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Hindi and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students of diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of educational technology and teaching methodologies.
- Patience and adaptability in addressing various student needs.
Location: Patna, Bihar
Salary: 25K-30K per month
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
