About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for leads, conversions, CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation.
- Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.




- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.
- Experience in campaign reporting and performance analysis.
- Understanding of audience segmentation, remarketing, and funnel optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Google Ads Certification and Meta Blueprint Certification are a plus.
- Experience managing campaigns for B2B and B2C businesses is preferred.
