Outstanding to have experience in managing teams and lead Lease Administration delivery for lease abstractions. Work closely with business lines to align abstraction requirements with resource availability and ongoing projects.

Deliver multiple lease abstraction projects on strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment, enabling JLL to extract insights from lease documents. Balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on contribution.

Working closely with colleagues within other Lease Administration teams to ensure the day-to-day delivery of multiple accounts / projects / transitions / compliance deliverables as per defined targets

Should have capability and experience in managing large teams. Ensure a highly motivated and

performing team.
