What You'll Be Doing:
- Taking direct ownership of mission critical data requirements in a fast paced, cooperative work environment
- Delivering technology solutions to clients across industries, such as Manufacturing & Distribution, Education & Government, Consumer & Industrial Products, and Life Sciences & Healthcare
- Working with clients to understand their current data landscape and advising on the strategy to align with their future-state data landscape
- Designing and developing custom solutions for clients using a variety of software and programming tools, including Definian’s proprietary software product (Applaud), Workday,



SQL, PowerShell, Excel, and VBA
- Using quantitative methods to derive actionable insights, patterns, and outcomes from data
- Learning leading enterprise software products such as Oracle, SAP, and Workday

What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Workday Data Migrations required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience loading data to Workday using standard tools such as EIB and Customer Central.
- Deep, hands-on expertise in Workday data migrations across the full conversion lifecycle — extraction, transformation, mapping, loading, and reconciliation.
- Strong SQL proficiency including complex queries for data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and validation.
- Develop and maintain conversion mapping documents, data templates, and transformation logic aligned to client and project requirement
