1. Site Execution & Oversight
- Supervise all daily site activities strictly per approved drawings, BOQ, and project specifications
- Ensure zero deviation from approved plans; escalate and document any site-driven changes
- Track work progress against the project baseline schedule; flag delays early
- Maintain a daily site presence and ensure shift handover discipline
2. Labor & Subcontractor Management
- Plan and allocate daily tasks to workers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Monitor output, attendance, and productivity — address underperformance immediately -Ensure deployment of the right trades at the right time to avoid bottlenecks
- Build and maintain productive relationships with key subcontractors
3. Quality Control & Finishing Standards
- Conduct in-process and final inspections aligned to company and client quality standards -Identify, record, and drive closure of all snag/defect items before client walk-throughs
- Set zero-tolerance standards for finishing quality — especially carpentry, civil, MEP interfaces
- Maintain QC checklists and sign-off documentation at each milestone
4. Material Management
- Inspect and verify all incoming materials against PO specifications and BOQ quantities
- Maintain accurate material receipt logs, issue slips, and stock registers
- Proactively flag material shortfalls to the procurement team with lead-time awareness
- Enforce material handling protocols to minimise wastage and pilferage
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Submit detailed Daily Site Reports (DSR) by end of each working day
- Maintain attendance registers, material logs, and photographic progress records
- Track planned vs. actual work progress; highlight risks and mitigation actions
- Keep all site documentation audit-ready at all times
