What You'll Build
- Develop and improve Kshm’s website and digital products.
- Work closely with design, marketing, operations, and leadership to bring ideas to life.
- Integrate APIs, payment gateways, shipping partners, and internal business tools.
- Improve website speed, performance, and customer experience.
- Own features from idea to deployment.
- Write clean, maintainable code that scales as we grow.
- Continuously look for smarter, faster ways to build.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience with React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
- Comfortable working with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Strong understanding of APIs, authentication, and modern web architecture.
- Experience with Git and deployment workflows.
- Someone who enjoys ownership, moves quickly, and cares about quality.
You'll Stand Out If You Have
- Experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms.
- Worked with AWS, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Built integrations with payment gateways, CRMs, or third-party tools.
- An eye for performance, user experience, and clean engineering.
