Process customer payments (cash, credit, debit, digital payments).
- Generate and issue accurate bills/invoices.
- Handle refunds, discounts, and voids in line with company policies.
- Greet and interact with guests courteously.
- Address customer inquiries regarding bills or payment methods.
- Ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain a cash register, ensuring accuracy at the start and end of shifts.
- Perform daily cash reconciliations and submit reports to the manager.
- Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and the kitchen team to ensure billing accuracy.
- Update menu pricing or offers in the billing system as per management instructions.
- Adhere to hotel financial policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of payment information.
- Keep records of daily transactions for auditing and analysis.
- Report discrepancies or technical issues to management immediately.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
