You will work closely with our UI/UX designers and frontend developers, helping them implement complex Shopify features while ensuring the store performs efficiently and follows Shopify best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSON templates.
- Assist frontend/theme developers with complex Shopify functionality and custom implementations.
- Build responsive, high-performance, and reusable Shopify sections and blocks.
- Implement custom product templates, collection pages, cart functionality, and checkout-related features (where applicable).
- Configure and manage Shopify Admin settings.
Set up and manage:
Products, collections, variants, and metafields
Shipping zones and shipping rates
Payment gateways
Taxes and markets
Discounts and promotions
Customer accounts
- Configure subscription apps and recurring purchase workflows.
- Integrate and manage third-party Shopify apps.
- Troubleshoot theme, app, and store-related issues.
- Optimize store performance, page speed, and user experience.
- Work with Git for version control and collaborate with the development team.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of Shopify development experience.
- Strong knowledge of:
