Job Title:General Manager - AAC Blocks Plant

Position Summary:
The General Manager (GM) will oversee the complete operations of the AAC Blocks Plant, including production, quality control, maintenance, procurement, logistics, and workforce management. The role requires robust leadership, deep technical understanding of AAC manufacturing processes, and the ability to drive operational efficiency, safety, and profitability.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (MBA preferred).

Experience: Minimum 10-15 years in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in AAC blocks, cement, or similar building materials industry.

Skills:
Strong knowledge of AAC production processes and machinery.

Excellent leadership, planning, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and production management tools.





Communication(Telugu Preferred)

Negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management

Oversee daily plant operations to ensure optimal production output, quality, and efficiency.

Plan, organize, and control manufacturing processes to achieve production targets.

Ensure continuous improvement in processes, equipment utilization, and manpower productivity.

Monitor plant performance through KPIs (yield, downtime, energy consumption, etc.).

2. Production & Quality

Ensure consistent production of AAC blocks as per required standards and customer specifications.

Implement and monitor strict quality control systems and compliance with BIS/ISO standards.

Work closely with R&D; or technical teams for product improvement and innovation.

3. Maintenance & Utilities

Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery and equipment (e.g., autoclaves, mixers, cutting machines, conveyo
