About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality videos for digital marketing campaigns, social media, advertisements, and brand films.
- Create engaging reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and corporate content.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director, photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and social media team.
- Lead the post-production workflow, including editing, color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and final exports.
- Maintain consistency in storytelling, pacing, branding, and visual quality.
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery.
- Mentor junior video editors and maintain editing standards across projects.
- Stay updated with the latest editing techniques, AI tools, trends, and platform-specific content formats.
- Organize and manage project files, footage, and backups efficiently.

Required Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.:
- Strong expertise in Adobe After Effects.:




- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.:
- Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve for color grading is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, transitions, typography, and sound design.
- Excellent storytelling, pacing, and visual composition skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple client projects.

Requirements:
- 1-5 years of qualified video editing experience.
- Experience in an advertising agency or creative agency is preferred.
- Solid portfolio showcasing advertisements, reels, product videos, and brand campaigns.
- Good communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and independently execute projects.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience editing jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or e-commerce content.
- Knowledge of AI-powered editing tools and workflow automation.
